Trauma Focused Psychotherapy
If you're struggling with the aftermath of a traumatic event, know that you're not alone. Trauma-focused therapy can help you reduce or eliminate the physical and mental symptoms you may be experiencing. You don't need to relive your trauma to recover. Instead, we'll focus on your present symptoms and moving forward.
Please note that due to the nature of trauma and potential triggers, sessions take place in-person at our Lakeland office and last between 65-70 minutes.
